These units consist of a two-piece heavy gauge steel housing which allows the ball bearings initial self-alignment. The housings listed below are standard and are dimensionally similar to those supplied by the leading ball bearing manufacturers. These parts finished with clear zinc plating for corrosion resistance.
Our Heavy Duty Steel Pillow Block sets are made from heavier gauge steel than the standard. These units are further strengthened by the turned down edges of both the top and bottom straps. These same edges will serve to retain the rubber boot when boots are used for sound deadening.
